PROVEN EXPERIENCE AND RESULTS

  • Created "Campaign 100" which produced 100 New accounts in 100 days achieving over $150,000 in New Business.
  • Negotiated with two major cable companies to carry the signal of the new low power UPN station I started in a medium market.
  • Personally sold the entire account base including political advertising on the new UPN station with no numbers and a "challenging" signal.
  • Designed/implemented and Sold local automotive website for two stations resulting in $100,000 in new dealer business.
  • Developed computerized Inventory and Avail programs before current software was developed.
  • Created marketing materials and PowerPoint Presentations for individual and advertiser group presentations.
  • Supervised construction of and move into a new television facility including negotiating the successful conclusion of legal issues with the city.
  • Created new business sales opportunities including new media.
          

        
  • In a Top 10 market, I set the record for the highest revenue "share of business" to billing in a single month.
  • In the same market, I grew a local direct Hispanic grocery store chain from $300 a week as a brand new to television advertiser to over $6,000 a week in six months.
  • Set double digit revenue records in local and national in the first year as a General Manager in a medium market.
  • Developed a block of Hispanic programming in a medium market which had no Spanish language programming creating new revenue opportunities with car dealers, trade schools and financial institutions.

  • Co-developer of station produced newspaper that was direct mailed to all DMA homes.
  • Led coupon directory and station newspaper selling efforts at stations.
